As a recent graduate of the University of Kansas, Emily brings a fresh perspective and a can-do attitude to the studio. While in school, she was a part of Design Build Studio 804, a residential project with emphasis on LEED sustainable strategies where she gained experience in all stages of the architectural process. Emily enjoys the hands-on experience of being on site and physically bringing a design to life. She firmly believes that architects shape the everyday lives of people by creating thoughtful and enjoyable spaces and providing communities with places to gather, communicate, and find respite. Outside of work, Emily enjoys running, creating art, and embracing the outdoors hiking or gardening. Her diverse interests fuel her creativity and further inspire her architectural endeavors.
