Steve is a designer, planner and architect with over 35 years of experience creating spaces for a diverse range of clientele. Steve is focused on envisioning future environments that enable the achievement of high level strategic initiatives; He is driven to create meaningful solutions to everyday challenges. By incorporating ethnography, appreciative-inquiry, design-thinking, and problem-seeking, Steve facilitates the development of ideas that help organizations move forward with solutions they did not realize were possible. He brings expertise in facilitation and design leadership on over 53 education and community projects ranging from California to Florida with emphasis on stakeholder engagement and building consensus through design.
